They can draw up marriage and civil union contracts and legal documents in anticipation of a person’s incapacity or death. They can also advise and support families in order to protect minors and adults, both at the preventive stage and when non-contentious proceedings are to be instituted.

Should it become necessary, our lawyers can act in contentious proceedings to protect the interests of vulnerable or incapacitated persons, particularly seniors, with all the humanity that this type of case requires. As such, they can undertake proceedings for the temporary or permanent representation of incapacitated adults, assistance to adults, homologation of protective mandates and the institution of protective supervision (tutorship or curatorship).
