A native of Saint-Louis du Ha!Ha!, Ms. Pelletier practices at the Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac office. She joined the firm’s team of notaries in 2011 after completing her internship and has been a shareholder since 2022. Since 2019, Ms. Pelletier is a family mediator and a member of the Association des médiateurs familiaux du Québec. She accompanies all couples who are going through a separation in order to guide and assist them through this stage of their lives as well as divorce proceedings for married persons. This clientele can also count on Ms. Pelletier to carry out all their real estate transactions as well as the modification of their wills and mandates following their separation. All of the firm’s clients can take advantage of her specialized services in all of their areas of business.
In addition to her expertise as a family mediator, she specializes in family law (wills, mandates, marriage, estate settlement) and is also accredited in non-contentious proceedings before a notary.
Finally, she can also accompany all her clients in business law, whether it be for the purchase and financing of a business, as well as for all other transactions of a corporate nature.
