A native of St-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, Ms. Moreau-Deschênes practices in the Pohénégamook and Rivière-du-Loup offices. Her practice is mainly focused on traditional notarial law. She assists her clients in all their projects such as the purchase and financing of a property, the drafting of a will and mandate of protection, the settlement of a succession of a loved one and the celebration of a marriage. Accredited in non-contentious procedures before a notary, Ms. Moreau-Deschênes is called upon to settle cases of homologation of a mandate of protection and the opening of a protective regime for an unfit person.
Finally, she also assists all her clients in business law, whether it be for the purchase and financing of a business, as well as for all other transactions of a corporate nature.
She regularly gives lectures on wills and protective powers of attorney.
