Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1985.
Through his varied fields of practice, Mr. Roy acts as a legal advisor in many areas of law. He practices particularly in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, corporate law, personal planning (will and mandate in anticipation of incapacity) and estate law. He has developed a particular expertise in business law, business sales, commercial financing and corporate reorganization. In each of his cases, Mr. Roy seeks to explain the client’s rights and obligations with respect to the legal documents presented to him; this allows him to establish a bond of trust with his clients, which is necessary for them to appreciate their legal experience.
