Through his varied fields of practice, Mr. Roy acts as a legal advisor in many areas of law. He practices particularly in the areas of residential and commercial real estate law, corporate law, personal planning (will and mandate in anticipation of incapacity) and estate law. He has developed a particular expertise in business law, business sales, commercial financing and corporate reorganization.
