Maxime Létourneau began his career as a notary in Montmagny with a firm of which he became a parter in 2019.
Well established in his community, he was quickly able to develop expertise and a large clientele in business law, commercial and municipal real estate law, as well as estate and will planning.
Maxime is mainly mandated to manage cases involving business transfers, commercial and agricultural financing and complex real estate transactions. He also frequently acts as legal advisor and consultant in all areas of notarial law.
Since 2016 : Member of Optimist Club de Montmagny (one of the directors since 2021).
Since 2017 : Member of the board of directors of les Arts de la scène de Montmagny (president since 2021).
2014 to 2021 : Member of the advisory planning committee of Ville de Montmagny.
