Ms. Michaud practices at the Trois-Pistoles office. She joined the firm’s team of notaries in 2008 and has been a shareholder of Côté Ouellet Thivierge Inc. since 2015.
Ms. Michaud guides and advises her clients in all areas of their lives, whether it is for a will, a mandate of protection in case of incapacity, a power of attorney, an application to the Commission de la Protection du Territoire Agricole du Québec, the celebration of a wedding, the purchase and financing of a property, the drafting of a servitude or emphyteusis or the settlement of a loved one’s estate.
Accredited in non-contentious matters before a notary, Ms. Michaud is called upon to settle cases of homologation of a mandate of protection and the opening of a protective regime for an incapacitated person. She is also a notary accredited to act as an identity verification agent for the RDPRM.
She assists her clients in all their business projects and has a strong expertise in agricultural law.
Each year, she gives lectures in real estate and family law to various organizations in her region.
