Mélanie Rhéaume focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, mainly in the areas of construction law, contractual and extra-contractual liability, and environmental law.
In the course of her practice, she is called upon to provide strategic advice to her clients, deliver legal opinions, draft procedures, and plead before the various courts. She also assists her clients in attempting, when possible, to settle their disputes out of court, notably by proposing alternative dispute resolution solutions.
Mélanie distinguishes herself by her approach, which is focused on the needs of her clients, as well as by her thoroughness.
