Julien-Pierre Côté began his practice in commercial and corporate law with a firm in the Quebec City area. He then held the position of Director of Legal Affairs for a company operating in the fields of health care and services to health professionals.
A bilingual lawyer, Julien-Pierre is now a member of our business law team. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing, negotiation of commercial agreements and intellectual property.
