Ms. Tremblay practices mainly at the Rivière-du-Loup office and at the St-Cyprien office, and specializes in business law, more specifically in commercial and corporate law. Since 2007, she has joined the team of shareholders of Côté Ouellet Thivierge Inc.
Ms. Tremblay is a valuable partner for entrepreneurs in the region throughout their business journey. She guides them from start-up to the transfer to the next generation. Her expertise in drafting shareholder agreements carefully guides her clients with the arrival of new partners and investors. She participates in tax planning strategies and plays a preventive role in the implementation of corporate financing.
She is the ally of large family-owned agricultural businesses for which she provides judicious advice in the transfer to the next generation.
Passionate about business law, she has given annual training to future entrepreneurs enrolled in the CDE program in Rivière-du-Loup.
