Stéphane Audy is specialized in civil and commercial litigations. His experiences helped him develop a strong expertise concerning the analyse, the writing as well as in strategies and in negotiations. He had to plead before all levels of the civil courts in Québec. He also engages in arbitration.
Stéphane mainly works in the construction industry, but his experience also covers other industries, including environment and insurance. In addition, he advises his clients in terms of obligations and of injunctions both as plaintiff and as defendant, often in cases involving non-competition clauses or the concept duty to loyalty. He also developed a renown efficiency in account recovery.
Because he has been passionate about salmon fishing for more than thirty years, he involves himself for now more than ten years in several activities and organizations aiming the protection and the conservation of this valuable resource of Québec.
Additionally, for three years and up until very recently, he presided the destinies of the Association des sauvaginiers de la grande région de Québec (ASGRQ), which is interested in everything related to migratory birds hunting (safety courses, succession program, clinics, code of ethics, etc.).

2013 to 2016 : Jury member of Les Pléiades contest for the builder division.
2013 to 2014 : Member of the organizing committee for the « Dégustation de vins et de fromages de prestige » of Lévis’ Hôtel-Dieu Foundation.
2008 to 2011 : President of the Association des sauvaginiers de la grande région de Québec (ASGRQ).
