Pénélope Provencher

Pénélope started at the firm in 2020 in various roles. Having a sense of belonging to the KSA avocats, S.E.N.C.R.L. team, she decided to continue her career within the corporate team following her admission to the Barreau du Québec in 2022.

Upon her arrival, Pénélope is involved in several business law cases, allowing her to assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
