Ms. Rioux is a general business lawyer with a predisposition for financings, corporate reorganizations, and assisting professionals in the incorporation of their practices. Her MBA in business management from Laval University is a notable asset to her practice.
Having worked as a general practitioner for a few years in Sept-Îles at the beginning of her career, Ms. Rioux has practiced in health and social services, litigation and statutory penal law.
She joined the ranks of KSA Avocats in 2018. She puts her skills in business law to good use, in addition to handling certain litigation files.
