Marie-Pier Lefebvre began her practice in business law at our firm. She quickly became involved in a number of business law cases, which allowed her to acquire expertise in mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. She also drafted various commercial agreements for clients in various business sectors.
Marie-Pier then acted as legal counsel for large private companies offering highly regulated financial products and services. Over the years, she has advised her clients on major business partnerships and projects with complex issues. She has also specialized in privacy and developed her skills in corporate governance.
She now focuses her practice on business, commercial and corporate law and puts her diverse experience to work for her clients.
