Ms. Chantale Bouchard is an expert in civil and commercial litigations in which she has been working for more than ten years. She mainly deals with real estate and commercial litigations but she also stood out in cases concerning civil liability, defamation and labour rights. Ms. Bouchard worked in most of the regions of Québec and now, she mostly does representations before the Superior court and the Court of Appeal. Finally, she owns a specific expertise in student law as well as in electoral law in which she proceeds the electoral recount and acts as an election agent.
