Marie-Ève Bourgeois began her career in corporate law at law firms and notary offices in the Quebec City area. Her career path also took her to the Registraire des entreprises, where she deepened her knowledge of corporate legal notice requirements.
Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Marie-Ève has also taught legal techniques, thereby contributing to the training of future generations of professionals in the field.
Today, she is part of our business law team, where she specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. She is recognized for her professionalism and her commitment to client satisfaction.
