St\u00e9phane Audy is specialized in civil and commercial litigations. His experiences helped him develop a strong expertise concerning the analyse, the writing as well as in strategies and in negotiations. He had to plead before all levels of the civil courts in Qu\u00e9bec. He also engages in arbitration.<\/p>\n

St\u00e9phane mainly works in the construction industry, but his experience also covers other industries, including environment and insurance. In addition, he advises his clients in terms of obligations and of injunctions both as plaintiff and as defendant, often in cases involving non-competition clauses or the concept duty to loyalty. He also developed a renown efficiency in account recovery.<\/p>\n

Because he has been passionate about salmon fishing for more than thirty years, he involves himself for now more than ten years in several activities and organizations aiming the protection and the conservation of this valuable resource of Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n
