He represents several professional corporations working in the medical and engineering fields.<\/p>\n<p>He has extensive expertise in real estate law, including the implementation of commercial developments, major financings and public-private partnership arrangements for the construction of sports facilities. He acts as an advisor to real estate developers.<\/p>\n<p>His practice has led him to negotiate and draft numerous types of commercial contracts in the industrial, computer, agri-food, mining and construction sectors. He completes intergenerational transfers of businesses and assists clients in their estate and will planning.
