Yves Charbonneau has more than thirty years of experience business law. He made several complex businesses purchases and sales transactions, Canadian transborder financing transactions.
He also acted on behalf of manufacturers concerning the implementation of international networks of licensees and distributors (America, Europe, Asia). He represents venture capital firms and issuers within their placements.
Yves Charbonneau is currently active as the Administrator and the Officer of several enterprises.
