After starting her career in civil and commercial litigation, Stephanie joins the business law team. She began her career at KSA in 2012, after completing her internship there.
Stéphanie has contributed to several files and legal opinions released by the firm in collaboration with associate lawyers.
To date, she focuses most of her practice on business incorporations as well as merger and acquisition and corporate reorganization transactions.
