Mr. Veilleux joined the team of notaries of the firm after having completed his internship. He practices at the Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac office and also meets with clients at the Dégelis office, near the New Brunswick border. His practice is mainly focused on traditional notarial law. He assists his clients in all their projects related to the purchase and financing of a property, the drafting of a will and a mandate of protection, the settlement of the estate of a loved one, requests for authorization and declarations related to agricultural zoning. Accredited in non-contentious procedures before a notary, Mr. Veilleux is called upon to settle cases of homologation of a mandate of protection and the opening of a protective regime for an invalid person. He is also a notary accredited to act as an identity verification agent for the RDPRM.
In the course of his academic career, Mr. Veilleux has been involved in the writing of three legal reference books, thus allowing him to put his legal research and writing skills to good use.
