Mathieu Comeau is lawyer and attorney. He works mostly in businesses concerning construction projects, immovable properties, commercial relationships and successions.
In terms of construction, he deals with every juridical aspect surrounding this industry while developing in a particular way an expertise related to conception modes and project realizations modes, integrated conception and the uses of BIM technologies (Building information modeling).
He is also frequently consulted in contentious cases involving the transfer and administration of estate assets, consent of vulnerable persons and wills.
Also, he regularly works into commercial and common civil matters, notably in cases of civil liabilities, movable assets and contracts.
Since 2020 : Member of the Comité de liaison with the Cour supérieure du Barreau de Québec.
Since 2016 : Member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation des Anciens Saint-Charles-Garnier’s College.
Since 2015 : Teacher of the BIM educational program at the Cégep de Limoilou.
Since 2013 : Teacher at the Centre de formation en développement durable of Laval university’s Faculty of Sciences and Engineering.
