Ms. Raymond has been a notary for more than 30 years and practices at the Rivière-du-Loup office and has been a shareholder of the firm since 2005.
She specializes in real estate law, both for the purchase or financing of a property and for the creation of a servitude and, in general, everything related to real estate. She has also developed a particular expertise in condominium law and assists real estate developers as well as condominium corporations in annual meetings. She presides over several annual meetings each year.
She also works in family law and acts in cases of succession, drafting of wills and mandates of protection and non-contentious proceedings before a notary or before the Court, such as the homologation of mandates of protection, the opening of protective supervision, the verification of wills before witnesses or olographs and tutorship to minors.
Her practice in family law also extends to the preparation of divorce agreements. She prepares the agreement and the procedure required to present the application and represent the spouses before the Court. She thus allows her clients to settle their divorce in the best possible harmony.
