Ms. Malenfant works primarily in the fields of labour law, civil law and administrative law.
In the course of her practice, she participates in the development, management and negotiation of various litigation files.
More specifically, in the area of labour law, she acts as legal advisor in the interpretation of laws and agreements in the field of employment, in addition to representing a diverse clientele in cases involving labour relations as well as occupational health and safety. She also drafts individual employment contracts and various administrative policies.
Ms. Malenfant is also regularly called upon to plead before arbitration tribunals, the Administrative Labour Tribunal, as well as civil courts.
Since 2000 : Member of the Orchestre symphonique de Lévis as a violinist.
2014 to 2018 : Member of the board of directors of the Orchestre symphonique de Lévis.
2015 to 2017 : Member of the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors of the Caisse Desjardins de Lévis.
