Keven Laverdière practices in civil and commercial litigation. His practice focuses primarily on construction law and contractual and extra-contractual liability.
In the area of construction law, he is often called upon to provide strategic advice to contractors, particularly with respect to compliance with the contractual process, in order to prevent litigation or the loss of their rights.
In the course of his practice, he is not only called upon to plead before the courts, but also acts for clients, on a preliminary basis, in an attempt to settle cases privately, without having to resort to the courts.
